We’re partnering with a rapidly growing health and wellness technology company that is transforming how consumers access and pay for wellness products and services. The company operates at the intersection of fintech, healthcare, ecommerce, and payments infrastructure, helping leading brands unlock new purchasing power through innovative payment and eligibility solutions.

They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between partnerships, sales, product, and engineering teams. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, guiding integrations, and helping enterprise merchants launch successfully.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical discovery conversations with prospective partners and enterprise merchants
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during the sales and onboarding process
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementation plans
  • Support API, ecommerce, and payment integrations across merchant platforms
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure successful launches
  • Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide ongoing technical support during deployment
  • Help improve onboarding workflows, implementation processes, and internal tooling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, operations, and product stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and modern SaaS integrations
  • Experience working with ecommerce or payment platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, Adyen, or similar systems
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
  • Highly collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fintech, payments, healthcare, ecommerce, or consumer technology
  • Familiarity with checkout systems, payment orchestration, or merchant onboarding workflows
  • Experience supporting enterprise implementations
  • Technical fluency with JavaScript, SQL, Postman, or API debugging tools
