We are currently hiring on behalf of a cash-based telemedicine medical practice specializing in hormone health, medical weight loss, and longevity optimization. The patient population is primarily women.
Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Customer Sales Representative to conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients.
This role is critical to practice growth. Your primary objective is to convert qualified prospects into booked initial consultations with a medical provider.
This is a part-time role based on appointment volume/bookings.
Fluent, natural-sounding English is required. The candidate must sound credible, professional, and fully integrated with the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients
Build rapport quickly and create a warm, trustworthy experience
Identify patient concerns, goals, and readiness
Clearly explain the practice model, assessment process, and ongoing care
Confidently discuss pricing
Handle objections professionally
Utilize strong closing techniques to secure bookings
Document call notes and outcomes accurately
Meet or exceed conversion goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing
Strong experience conducting short discovery calls (required)
Demonstrated closing ability
Fluent, professional-level English
Ability to sound confident, credible, and polished
Comfortable discussing health-related topics
Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, medical aesthetics, wellness, or women-focused services
Experience in female-centric sales environments
